We are funding 4 scholarships at $1000.00 each for deserving Frisco ISD Students attending Texas A&M University. Your membership and donations go to fund those scholarships. Join us in helping bright, young Frisco ISD Graduates realize the Aggie Spirit.

We have also have a Corporate Membership Level, this year. For $500, any community business can become a Member/Sponsor of the Frisco A&M Club. A Corporate Member/Sponsorship will give businesses name recognition at every FAMC event they choose.
Please remember that all donations to FAMC are tax deductible and may be eligible for matching donation by your employer. If you have already joined for ’12 and just want to get an additional deduction for 2013, we are here to help!

It’s Football Season, boys and girls. Finally, the long, arduous off-season is over. After a summer of inconsequential distractions, along with a great big one, Coach Sumlin and his team can answer Bocephus’ question and affirm that they are indeed ready for some football.
This week, our #6-ranked Fightin’ Texas Aggies host the unranked Owls of William Marsh Rice University. The Feisty Night-birds slink into the Hate Barn to renew an old Southwest Conference Rivalry. Our Aggies hold a 50-27-2 record over our Eggheaded brothers from Houston, dating back to 1914, and a 15 game winning streak in the series, winning by an average of 22 points.
Johnny Football, Clay “Hollywood” Honeycutt and the Boys look to extend the streak over the Fightin’ Bailiffs, and increase that average significantly.

The Frisco A&M Club offers a $1,000 scholarship to a new "Fish" each year from the Frisco ISD. If funds are available the club will fund additional semesters as long as the student is in good standing with the university.
Applications must be postmarked by March 1st. Applicants will then be notified to set up an interview to aid in determining the scholarship recipient.

This time last week, our Fightin' Texas Aggies were east-bound and down, loaded up and truckin’. Saying, “we gonna do what they say can’t be done”. 
Scooby-Doo and the Gang loaded up the Mystery Machine and invaded Tuscaloosa, where they sent shockwaves across the college football landscape and made a bunch of so-called “College Football Experts” look foolish.
Prior to the game, the Elephants honored Bear Bryant’s Junction Boys, in an attempt to hold off our onslaught by admitting that The Bear belonged to us first.
Unfortunately for the Red Laundry Detergent, K-Smooth, KK and the Johnny Football-led Fightin Texas Aggie Football Team were not having any of that. They announced that the Aggies mean business and Beat the Hell outta Alabama.
This week, our BCS #8-ranked Fightin' Texas Aggies face off against a second National Championship Game Participant in back-to-back weeks, and welcome our brothers from the Huntsville micropolitan area, the FCS #3-ranked Bearkats of Sam Houston State, into Kyle Field for our 11th meeting.
The Aggies hold a 10-0 advantage in the series, and intend to make it 11-0. What the heck is a “Bearkat” anyway? Is it a Kinkajou or maybe a Binturong? Is it a cross between a grizzly and a tiger? Is it the cousin of a Liger, the mix between a lion and a tiger that is bred for its skills in magic? I dunno.
Anyway, this is the 10th trip to Aggieland for the Bearkats, who were formerly known as “The Normals”. I guess that prior to 1923, the nice, future prison guards over in Huntsville didn’t want to be associated with anything weird. <cough>Austin<cough>
Last week, the Fighting Normals exorcized the Demons of Northwestern State and eked out a 52-17 victory, while the Aggies did what the Fightin’ Mad Hatters were unable to do and knee-capped the defending National Champions…in their own house.
